Thank you for your interest in the Jagtag Card Program.
The Jagtag serves two crucial roles at IUPUI. In addition to its primary function as the official identification card on campus, Jagtag is also the way for students and employees to make purchases both on and off campus.
With over 35,000 Jagtag accounts, on-campus sales have reached an all time high of $2,000,000. As Jagtag continues to grow and expand to the areas surrounding the campus, the number of students with money in their accounts and the number of employees participating in the Jagtag Deduct program is expected to grow exponentially!
In order to participate in the program, a Merchant should take the following steps:
• Complete the Merchant Application and be approved for participation by the University.
• Agree to the terms set forth in the Agreement.
• Set up hardware to accept Jagtag transactions.
In exchange for the services provided by Jagtag (including operation of card program, account management, advertising, marketing, etc.) the Merchant agrees to pay a 5% service charge on Jagtag sales to the University. The
University provides payment to the merchant on a monthly basis. Other terms are explained in the Agreement.
A few of the biggest advantages for you as a Jagtag Merchant is access to over 30,000 students and 5,000 employees, opportunity to participate in our Merchant of the Month discount program and continual marketing by our office, including a direct link to your website from the Jagtag website.
