Effective July 1, 2006, replacement cards will cost $25.00.
If you suspect your Jagtag to be lost or stolen, and to avoid fraudulent
charges to your account, you should contact Campus Card Services at
317.274.5177 or email us at jagtag@iupui.edu, so your card can be deactivated.
After hours you should contact Campus Police.
If you've lost your Jagtag, simply bring a photo ID and $25 to receive a
replacement card.
