Jagtag food cards provide a convenient tool with easy tracking ability for University departments*
needing to pay for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks for their guests while visiting our campus.
Jagtag food cards can be used at all food outlets on campus including the hospitals and
vending machines. Visit Who Accepts the Jagtag from the menu list.

Several daily limit options exist for your convenience. Choose from $8, $10, $15, and $20. Need
more flexibility? Choose an unlimited daily amount and eliminate the worries of your guests
exceeding their limit. All usage will be billed to your account at the end of the month. Complete
the form below along with the IUPUI Hospitality Form (http://www.accounting.iupui.edu/hosp.doc)
and submit to IUPUI Accounting for approval. Requests received without the Hospitality form
may be denied and / or slow the approval process.

All food cards are subject to a one time $1.00 service fee.

NOTE: Departmental food cards cannot be used to purchase lunch for employees.
