Each department has the option to cover the cost of the initial Jagtag and any replacement
Jagtag cards to all IUPUI employees. They also have the option to cover the cost
of any accessories such as lanyards or clips which are available for purchase in
the Jagtag Office. The completed expense authorization form needs to be presented
at the time the employee receives their Jagtag.

the cost for an employee Jagtag will increase to the following prices:
$15 - Employee Jagtag
$20 - Employee Jagtag Prox Card
$15 – IU School of Medicine Employee Jagtag
$20 - IU School of Medicine Employee Jagtag Prox Card
