HOW TO GET YOUR JAGTAG
Orientation Students:
You will be getting your Jagtag on the day you attend New Student Orientation.
All you need to bring is a photo ID and your Jagtag will be issued to you on that day!
Your first Jagtag is FREE of charge but a replacement card will cost $25, so hang onto your Jagtag!
Students (Not Attending Orientation):

To get your Jagtag you will need to be registered for
classes in the current/upcoming semester.
If you are registered for classes, visit the Jagtag office located in the Campus
Center, suite #217 and bring a picture ID at the time of your visit.
Your first Jagtag is FREE of charge but a replacement card will cost $25, so hang onto your Jagtag!
Please Note: You will need to bring a copy of your class schedule IF you registered
for classes within 48 hours of visiting the Jagtag Office!
Faculty and Staff:
To get your Jagtag you must be considered an "active" employee on the IUPUI campus.
This means your paper work has been completed, submitted
and approved. You can check your employee status here:
Check Employee Status.
If you are "inactive" check with your supervisor to ensure your paperwork has been
completed.
If you are active, ask your department if they cover the cost for your Jagtag and any accessories such as a
clip or lanyard. The cost for your initial Jagtag is $15 and $20 if you are in need of a prox card
that allows for access into certain buildings. If your department does cover the
cost, have them complete the Expense
Authorization form.
Lastly, visit the Jagtag Office located
in the IUPUI Campus Center, Suite #217 and bring a photo ID and the completed expense authorization form (if needed) and your Jagtag will be issued.
Campus Affiliates:
Campus affiliates needing a Jagtag must
provide written notification from their
department, on departmental letterhead stating
their University status and need for a Jagtag.
The cost for your initial Jagtag is $15 and $20 if you
are in need of a prox card that allows for access into certain buildings.
