For students, your first Jagtag is free.
For employees and campus affiliates, your first Jagtag is $15.00 and if you are in need of a prox card
for building and room access, the cost is $20.00. Check with your department prior to
visiting the Jagtag Office to see if they cover the cost of your Jagtag and any accessories such as a clip or lanyard. If so, remember
to bring the completed Expense Authorization Form
with you during your visit to the Jagtag Office.
There is a $25.00 fee to replace a misplaced or stolen Jagtag.
