Campus affiliates needing a Jagtag must provide written notification from their department, on departmental letterhead defining their University status and need for a Jagtag. The cost for your first Jagtag is $15.00 and if you are in need of a prox card for building and room access, the cost is $20.00. There is a $25.00 fee to replace a misplaced or stolen Jagtag.
